A new Kayfun style has been thrown into the mix. Here is a frosted polycarbonate Kayfun variation. It looks just like your average Kayfun clone, except it’s whole body is made of polycarbonate. The center section is clear, but the rest has a frosted finish. I predict we’ll now see a rush of frosted drip tips. I’m not crazy about the chromed brass looking base/drip tip. The specs don’t specify its composite for sure though, but it never hurts to get a bunch of spare parts for cheap. The original… clone I saw with this style had a M tank, which would make this more worth it in my opinion. The M tank usually costs over $15, but this model has the usual 3 pieces.
Here’s Fasttech’s specs on it:
- Standard 510 drip tip (NO adapter needed)
- Adjustable airflow system
- Bottom screw fill-hole
- Adjustable 510 center pin
- 22mm external diameter
- Both Polycarbonate tank section and ss tank section
